Cant select different country, app will not start with ios8 ios9

Id love to use this app, however I cant even get past the registration stage - it wont let me select my country? Is there a fix for this?

The app looks potentially useful, but unfortunately Im unable to register due to a glitch in the country selection field.

I also can not get past the country of origin question.

Cant select the country of origin when registering. Looks like the app has potential however but well never know.

February 27th, 2016 and country issue still not fixed. Why not remove this app from the App Store? Doesnt anyone monitor this stuff?

I cant use the application - failed at country selection. It simply doesnt work - I cant choose any country, so I cant go on. The most stupid thing is that country selection is totally useless. Im 100% sure that you dont have any information about wines in Moscow stores.

As someone who doesnt know a lot about the many varieties of wine this is a welcomed help. I like the layout and information given. Once you view a variety and mark it as tried it will give suggestions for a similar type of wine. I dont like the data collection (age range, gender, zip code) when you first start the app. Once you enter some info in it can be deleted. Just not a fan of apps that use Flurry to track usage. Thankfully this can be turned off. Ruviolets, Muscat (Muscato) is in the app. Its even show in the screen shots here in iTunes.

Good app to have when trying new foods and wines.

A wonderful app with a simple and beautiful user interface, that gives you the information you need quickly and easily. A handy little wine guide in your pocket. It even helps you with pronunciation of the varietals. Better than other wine guide apps Ive tried. I recommend this highly.

Im a wine-lover, but have become a wine-app-hater, given that most are poorly designed or has a UI overwhelmed by a glaring agenda other than helping you learn. The UI here is flat but not boring, and content is clear and concise, without being thin.

I like that the app gives you recommendations and pairings for wines and lets you mark whether you liked it or not, but it could go farther. Id like to mark a particular wine that I enjoyed for a specific varietal or its origin or vineyard, something more than just a few stars.

Plonk is simple, yet in depth. The wine selections, as well as the humor written by the app developers, make the app both fun and navigable.

Good varietal-food pairings and allows for varietal ratings. Doesnt cover specific wineries.

If you want to become more educated in wine this is for you. Im finally 21 and I dont want to start off just drinking hard vodka & fruity drinks with no substance or genuine pleasure while sipping. So I decided to drink with a purpose and hey why not know a thing or two about wine!

The app is very useful for tracking likes and dislikes for wines tried. Some suggestions to enhance use ability would be to allow a user to change their zip code in settings without deleting the app and starting over as the varietal list seems to be generated by location. Also, location services should be while the app is in use not all the time.
